Speak up. We handle it seriously.
Our whistleblower scheme lets employees, partners and anyone working with BWO GROUP report serious wrongdoing confidentially — without fear of retaliation.
What the scheme is for
The scheme is a safe channel for reporting serious matters you cannot or will not raise through the normal line of management. Reports are received by a small, designated group at BWO GROUP and treated with strict confidentiality.
Everyday disagreements, salary questions, dissatisfaction with a decision or ordinary HR matters should go to your manager or HR. Emergencies and criminal acts in progress must be reported to the police (112).
What you can report
Use the scheme for serious breaches of law or of our own standards, for example:
- Bribery or corruption
- Fraud or financial irregularity
- Environmental violation
- Serious health & safety breach
- Harassment or discrimination
- Conflict of interest
- Data protection breach
- Other serious matter
How your report is handled
- 1 · Received
You get an acknowledgement with a case number within 7 days.
- 2 · Assessed
The designated unit checks whether the report falls within the scheme.
- 3 · Investigated
Relevant facts are gathered discreetly. External advisors may be involved.
- 4 · Closed
You receive feedback on the outcome within 3 months where legally possible.
Your protection
Reporting in good faith is protected. BWO GROUP does not tolerate retaliation of any kind — dismissal, demotion, exclusion or pressure — against anyone who uses the scheme, and reprisals are treated as a serious breach in themselves.
Confidentiality and data
Your identity is only known to the designated case handlers and is not disclosed to the person the report concerns. Reports and attachments are stored securely with restricted access and deleted when the case is closed and legal retention no longer applies.
Submit a report
Give as much detail as you can — what happened, when, who was involved and any documentation.
