How BWO GROUP collects, uses and protects personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

We collect personal data you submit through our contact and careers forms — name, company, email, phone, sector and service interests, project description, and (for careers) CV documents. We also collect basic technical data via essential cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it

To respond to inquiries, manage recruitment, and operate this website. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Careers data is retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to keep it longer.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that help us operate (e.g. email and hosting providers) under written data processing agreements, and with authorities where legally required.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact contact@bwo-group.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access control, encryption in transit, and vendor diligence.
