BWO GROUP is a Vejle-based industrial services partner with production facilities in Esbjerg. The group was founded by two craftsmen with more than 20 years of European industrial experience; today the discipline reaches across four sectors and the European continent.

It started with a painter and a blacksmith who met on the job and developed a strong collaboration. Over more than 20 years their work took them across Europe, through multiple industries and organisations, with a consistent focus on strengthening companies through quality, branding and financial growth.
2023 was the turning point: the decision to establish their own company, with a sharper focus on quality, well-being and sustainable growth — and a strategy built around owning their own industrial hub. Two very different backgrounds create a unique dynamic where the combination of skills and perspectives drives innovation, and execution is what counts.
In 2026 BWO GROUP acquired Esbjerg Galvanoindustri ApS, adding galvanic surface treatment to the group and taking a further step toward becoming Denmark's leading supplier of surface treatment. See the group companies.
Today the group operates from its headquarters in Vejle and its production facilities in Esbjerg, with four business units, Wind Solutions and a roster of 200+ certified specialists deployable across European jurisdictions.
