Quality & HSE Coordinator
Owning the quality system, working environment and documentation across our business units.
About the position
You make sure we work safely and with documentation in place. You maintain the quality and HSE system, run internal audits, and are the person colleagues turn to when a procedure or risk assessment is needed.
Your tasks
- Maintaining the quality and HSE system
- Internal audits and preparation for external audits
- Risk assessments and safety instructions
- Handling deviations and improvement proposals
- Training colleagues in procedures and safety
We expect
- Experience with quality management or HSE in production
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
- Able to write procedures that are actually used
- English written and spoken
- Offshore or steel industry background is a plus
