Pipe Welder
Pipe welding in carbon and stainless steel for process, offshore and industrial plant.
About the position
You weld piping systems from root pass to cap, often in position and to radiographic quality. Work runs from workshop prefabrication to final welding on site, in close cooperation with the pipe fitters.
Your tasks
- Root and fill passes in pipe to WPS
- TIG and stick welding in position
- Root protection with forming gas on stainless
- Joint preparation and checking of alignment
- Documenting welds for NDT inspection
We expect
- Experience with pipe welding in carbon and/or stainless steel
- Valid pipe welding certificate to ISO 9606 — otherwise we certify you
- Used to producing welds that pass NDT
- Able to read isometric pipe drawings
- Working Danish or English

Practical information
