Orbital Welder
Mechanised orbital pipe welding with high demands on documentation and repeatability.
About the position
You set up and run orbital pipe welding where every single weld must be identical and documented. The role requires technical insight: you programme, calibrate and troubleshoot the equipment, and work with QA on procedure approval.
Your tasks
- Setting up and programming orbital welding equipment
- Preparing and clamping pipe ends to correct tolerance
- Running mechanised welding to WPS
- Documenting parameters and weld logs
- Troubleshooting and maintaining the equipment
We expect
- Experience with orbital or mechanised pipe welding
- Valid TIG welding certificate is a clear advantage
- Technical flair for programming and calibration
- Systematic approach to documentation
- Working Danish or English

Practical information
