Galvanising Operator
Running the galvanising line at Esbjerg Galvano Industri — pretreatment, bath and final inspection.
About the position
At Esbjerg Galvano Industri, part of BWO GROUP, you work with corrosion protection through galvanising. You run the process from degreasing and pickling through the bath to final inspection, so the coating meets ISO 1461 and the customer requirement.
Your tasks
- Pretreatment: degreasing, pickling and rinsing
- Jigging and dipping of items
- Monitoring bath temperature, chemistry and times
- Checking coating thickness and finish
- Post-treatment, sorting and packing
We expect
- Experience from galvanising, surface treatment or chemical production
- Understanding of process control and chemical safety
- Physically robust — hot environment and heavy items
- Forklift or crane licence is an advantage
- Working Danish or English
