About the position

You weld aluminium in process 131, where clean surfaces, correct preheating and controlled heat input decide the result. Work includes brackets, frames, covers and light structures for industrial and marine projects.

Your tasks

  • MIG welding 131 in aluminium alloys
  • Cleaning and preparing parts before welding
  • Controlling heat input to avoid distortion
  • Working to WPS and drawings
  • Visual inspection and finishing of your own welds

We expect

  • Experience with aluminium welding in 131
  • Valid welding certificate in aluminium — otherwise we certify you
  • Understanding of aluminium heat behaviour and distortion
  • Able to read drawings and welding symbols
  • Working Danish or English
